Sun Hat

"Sun Hat" is a portrait of a little girl adopted from Russia.  Mom insisted on her glasses, as she needed eye surgery when she was just two years old.  She's recovered since, and is doing fabulously.  I chose to let the edges fade into a soft vignette, fun to do with pastel.
