Bear

"Bear" came to be painted quite by accident.  I was photographing his owner and he caught my eye...sitting amongst pillows creating a nice composition. I painted him in oil and in pastel...pastel version here. The oil became a gift to his owner, my art mentor.  The pastel version has been juried into a Pastel Society of NC show at the Ambleside Gallery in Greensboro, NC and is available custom framed in a wide dark wood frame with a thin bronze filet, 20x24".
